Job Responsibilities:
In this position applicants will identify specific qualifications for Jira DB configuration and associated UI for user input, search, sort, data filter, reporting. This Customer Support Technology group supports the Global Customer Support business unit with technology solutions in the global call centers (~5000 agents in Salt Lake, Dublin, Dreilinden and outsourced locations). These centers support members worldwide. This group is responsible for all the systems the agents use to serve our members and has a need to track technology solution projects following our six phase product life-cycle. All projects follow this process.
This applicant will use Jira to build/track all projects from planning through deployment, at a milestone level. This will not replace Tracker, Scout or Jira for bugs, but rather allow the teams involved in these projects to quickly enter project header/milestone info in 1 place, thereby enable an end-to-end view of all activities.
Mandatory Skills:
MUST have strong hands-on JIRA background (3+ years)
Background in a product development environment is desired
