Job Description:

Our client is a leading provider of supply chain management software for the fulfillment, logistics and manufacturing industries. Our client develops and markets a software suite for managing the operations of mid-market warehousing and distribution companies. Their software offering includes Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Activity Billing.

Responsibilities

      • Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, FTP, phone and other electronic medium.
      • Configure software to perform warehouse management and order management functionality.
      • Provide assistance to customers in the use of the systems and applications.
      • General understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft applications related to Cadre offered products.
      • General understanding of SQL databases, query tools and diagnostics.
      • Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in customer computer systems.

      Mandatory Skills:

      • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
      • Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
      • Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
      • Experience with hardware and software issues and troubleshooting capabilities.
      • Proficient in Internet related applications such as VPN clients, E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
      • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
      • Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm
